Gentle Flow & Yin: 90 minutes of mindful movement & relaxation
The first part of the class will consist of a gentle yoga flow, to wake up the body and tune in. The second part of the class will be Yin yoga – poses held for 3-5 minutes at a time, passively, to stimulate deeper connective tissues and enable a more meditative experience.
All welcome, from beginners to more experienced yogis. Variations will be offered so you can go at the pace that suits you.
